Martial arts school for kids and adults. Programs include Karate, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness Kickboxing.

We are a school focused fundamentals, strong principles, and having fun while challenging each other to improve. We are not a competition or hardcore gym. We are a family oriented. We like to travel to other gyms in the area.

We teach a Wing Chun primarily based on the lineage of Ip Man, be draw from other lineages as well. Additionally, within our modified system, we teach Qigong, meditation, weapons defense.

We are growing and have moved to a bigger space in the mall. Come for a class, Join the Aikido family. Upstate Aikido is an accredited Aikido dojo in the Anderson area. As a proud member of the United States Aikido Federation (USAF), Upstate Aikido offers a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all ages, from six to eighty-six, can embark on their martial arts journey. With a variety of classes designed to accommodate every skill level, Upstate Aikido is dedicated to fostering a family-friendly atmosphere where both children and adults can learn the art of Aikido.

School of Aikido Yoshinkan — traditional training for all levels. Based on the traditional Japanese school of Aikido Yoshinkan and teachers of this style. Knowledge includes skills and teaching elements of other traditional schools, such as Kendo or Judo. Qualified instructors, individual approach, and a safe environment. Develop strength, flexibility, and harmony through Aikido Yoshinkan practice.
