William Farkas, DO, is a board-certified family physician at AnMed Primary Care - Honea Path, providing care for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Austin Peay State University and his DO degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg. Dr Farkas manages common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, depression and anxiety and performs simple in-office procedures including skin lesion removals, joint injections and Nexplanon insertions. He focuses on treating each patient with respect and individualized care.

He earned his undergraduate degree in food science with an emphasis in human nutrition from Clemson University, his medical degree from VCOM in Blacksburg, Virginia, and his residency training at AnMed. Dr Jordan chose family medicine for its relational and intellectual rewards, allowing him to care for patients across all stages of life. He focuses on providing compassionate, holistic care and helping patients navigate complex medical systems. Dr Jordan values AnMed for its community-focused environment and its affiliation with MUSC, which allows him to teach and mentor medical students.
