Mary Lyn Mitchell, PA, is a certified physician assistant, and is excited to start her career here at Prisma Health Pediatrics-Powdersville! Mary Lyn received her undergraduate degree at Clemson University, and then traveled to Roanoke, Virginia to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Radford University, Carilion. While in school she discovered her passion for pediatric medicine and returned to upstate SC to begin practicing. In her free time Mary Lyn enjoys baking, interior design, antiquing and days spent on the lake.

Anisha Kumar, MD, received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. She completed her medical degree as well as her pediatrics residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, also in Jackson. She is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Kumar loves being an advocate for her patients. She is passionate about preventative care and bringing to light the importance of vaccinations. She is always sure to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle with her patients, as she believes good growth and development depends on this. Dr. Flesher loves pediatrics and watching children grow. She enjoys developing partnerships with parents in caring for their children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring outdoors, cooking and photography.
