Palmetto Properties Real Estate, Inc

Jackson Stanley, REALTORS® is a South Carolina owned and operated boutique real estate company. We are committed to serving the people of upstate South Carolina. We expect our Licensees to perform and behave in ways that reflect the core values that enable us to serve our communities and shape the real estate industry: CLIENT and COMMUNITY FOCUSED, EDUCATION and ACCOUNTABILITY, BUSINESS CULTURE, and INNOVATIVE. Community involvement and selling real estate is what we do. We define ourselves as "philanthropy with a side of real estate." We made a decision to use the small platform we have to give a voice to our communities' most vulnerable.

To say I was born into the business is an understatement. As soon as I could walk, my dad and papa made sure I was on a job site as a part of our building company, Martin Builders Inc. I know houses forwards, backwards, inside out, and to their bones. Whether you are looking to build your own home, assess the integrity of a new construction before buying, or looking to adequately value your home, I’m here for you! In addition to my construction experience, I obtained my real estate license in 2017, and completed an Associates Degree in Business. In 2021 I took my real estate broker classes and obtained my Real Estate Broker's license. Business is my passion and I enjoy every aspect it.

Welcome to Charles H. Knight LLC, Real Estate with 50+ years of competent and courteous service. This continues to be our goal for all of our clients and customers. Whether we are assisting you in the location and purchase of a small lot, acquiring your dream home or investment property, we take pride in exceeding all your expectations and needs.
